A traditional tank water heater has one job - hold a fixed amount of hot water and hope it's enough. When it's not, you're standing in a cold shower waiting. Tankless systems solve that problem entirely.

We just wrapped up a Noritz tankless water heater installation for a customer who was ready to stop dealing with the limitations of a tank-style unit. Noritz is one of the most reliable names in tankless technology, and this outdoor wall-mount setup is a great example of a clean, efficient install. The unit heats water on demand, so there's no standby heat loss and no running out mid-use.

The plumbing connections at the base - copper supply lines, a flexible gas connector, and properly secured fittings - are all done to a tight standard. That kind of detail matters. A poorly connected tankless unit can underperform or cause problems down the road. We make sure the gas supply, water lines, and venting are all dialed in before we call a job done.

Tankless water heaters also free up a lot of physical space compared to a bulky 40 or 50-gallon tank. For homes where utility space is tight, that's a real benefit. And with proper water heater maintenance over time, a quality tankless unit can last significantly longer than a conventional tank.

If you've been on the fence about making the switch, it's worth having a conversation. We do this work every day and are happy to walk you through what the right setup looks like for your home.
